We are pleased to provide a strategic progress update on two key initiatives currently being implemented in Nepal:

1. Digital Transformation: Computer Infrastructure Expansion

Bridging the digital divide is a core priority. We have finalized the selection of five schools to receive comprehensive technology overhauls. Our selection framework prioritized impact by evaluating:

• Total student enrollment and long-term scalability.
• Stability of local electrical grids.
• Availability of secure, dedicated spaces for learning labs.

Technical Specifications: We are currently preparing 10 high-specification computer units, supported by industrial-grade CAT-6 cabling and high-performance network switches. This infrastructure is designed to create a resilient local network, enabling students to access global information safely and reliably.

2. Essential Health Foundations: Sanitary & Hygiene Upgrades

Infrastructure excellence extends beyond digital connectivity to the fundamental dignity and health of the student body. In the initial phase of our hygiene program, we are managing the structural upgrade and maintenance of toilet facilities at three key schools.

By establishing modernized, well-maintained sanitary systems, we are directly addressing barriers to education—improving school attendance rates and fostering a healthier environment for hundreds of children.
