We ride in memory of Debbie Baldwin, a dear friend lost to ovarian cancer in 2021, and in the belief that no one should face that diagnosis without community around them. Every penny raised goes directly to Ovacome.
2024
The Magnificent Six
Phil, Stu, Steve, Dan, Simon and Paul took on Chase the Sun Italy on 22 June 2024. The challenge was simple in concept and brutal in practice: cycle coast to coast across Italy in a single day. Starting at 4:30am in Rimini, the team rode 285km and 3,300m of climbing via Florence, arriving in Tirrenia before sunset at 9:30pm. Seventeen hours on the bike. One day. One country. Six riders who refused to stop.
The team raised over £50,000 for Ovacome, more than double their original £25,000 target, supported by 144 donors.
2025
Milan to Zurich
The 2025 challenge raised the bar considerably. Eight riders, Stu, Steve, Phil, Dan, Simon, Paul, Ali and Rob, set out to cycle from Milan to Zurich within 24 hours. 300km over the Gotthard Pass with 3,600m of climbing. The kind of route that looks intimidating on a map and feels even more so at 2am somewhere in the Alps.
They made it. With minutes to spare. Together with prior rides, the team crossed £100,000 raised for Ovacome in total, funding health and wellbeing events across the UK for people living with ovarian cancer.

The Big Weekend
The most ambitious challenge yet. 503km from Basel to Lake Como over three days, through six countries, ending with a climb over Splügen Pass at 2,110m on the final morning. By that point, 310km will already be in the legs. That last climb is where the ride stops being a plan and becomes something else entirely.
