01
Who we are
Nexus Advisory AG is an independent advisory and leadership practice registered in Switzerland, with its office at Grabenstrasse 15A, 6340 Baar, Zug. We are the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
02
What data we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver our work. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
Contact details
Your name, email address, phone number, organisation, and role, when you reach out or instruct us.
Engagement data
Correspondence, documents, and information you share with us in the course of an advisory engagement.
Technical data
IP address, browser type and pages viewed when visiting the website
We do not seek to collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not send them to us unless they are necessary for an engagement.
03
Why we collect it
We process your data for clear, limited purposes: to respond to your enquiry, to provide and administer our advisory services, to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, and to maintain the security of our systems.
We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in running the practice or compliance with a legal obligation. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
04
How long we keep it
We retain personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, and thereafter for the period required to meet our legal, tax, and professional obligations.
Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is held for a limited period and then deleted. Engagement records are kept for the duration of our working relationship and a defined period afterwards, in line with Swiss statutory requirements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it securely.
05
Your rights
You have rights over the personal data we hold about you. Subject to applicable law, you may:
  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Request that we delete data we no longer have a basis to keep.
  • Object to or ask us to restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where processing relies on it.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contact@nexus-advisory.ch. We will respond within a reasonable period. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
